Two of TikTok Shop's highest-leverage native tools aren't being used: Smart Promotion and Campaigns. Smart Promotion drives discounted visibility inside the For You feed and consistently lifts conversion. Campaigns unlock free placement and co-marketing that paid strategy can't replicate. We'll activate Smart Promotion immediately and build a rolling calendar of campaign applications so Pete's shows up in every relevant push.

Creator Program Is Leaking Value
This is the biggest gap and the one costing Pete's the most revenue. Samples are going to low-quality creators who won't convert. Commission is currently at 12%, which is too low to attract A-tier creators. And there's no retainer structure, so even when a good video hits, it's a one-off. We'll tighten sample vetting, move commissions to 15 to 20%, and put the top 5 to 10 creators on retainer for a consistent content pipeline.
Month 1: Foundation (Days 1–30)
Month one is about concentration and infrastructure. Rather than spreading effort across the full catalog, we'll focus exclusively on the Protein Pasta Variety Pack as the hero listing and push to drive as many units as possible through it. All creator content, ad spend, and social proof will compound in one place instead of getting scattered.
In parallel, we'll rebuild the creator pipeline from the ground up. That means tightening sample vetting so units only go to creators who will actually convert, moving commissions from 12% to 15 to 20% to attract A-tier talent, and fixing up the current Discord to centralize creator communication, brief drops, and ongoing support. We'll also identify the top 5 to 10 creators worth putting on retainer so Pete's has a consistent content pipeline going into Month 2 instead of one-off posts.
All existing listings stay live since they already carry sales history, but outreach, samples, and ad spend will focus exclusively on the Variety Pack hero listing while the creator infrastructure gets built.
